Clearer guidance for Victorian and Queensland rehomers
If you're rehoming a dog in Victoria or Queensland, the listing form now tells you exactly which number you need, your source number or supply number, and where to get one.

"Mobile verified" badge
Members who have confirmed their mobile number now show a Mobile verified badge on their profile and beside their listings, so you can see at a glance who you're talking to.

Rearrange your listing photos
Move photos up or down to put them in the order you want. The first photo is marked as your cover, the one buyers see first in search results.

Pro and Elite breeders now stand out
Breeders on a Pro or Elite plan get a new look across the site: a silver or gold frame on their listings and profile photo, their plan badge on every listing, and Elite breeders featured in their own section on the homepage.

Elite breeders get an Insights page that charts views, enquiries and saves on their listings over time, plus a cover photo and a larger photo gallery on their profile.

Our breed guides and articles load faster and link to each other, so it's easier to move from one breed to the next while you research.

Mobile verification before your first message
Every member now confirms their mobile number with a one-time code before they can send their first message or publish a listing. It makes it much harder for anyone to set up throwaway accounts to contact sellers. If you're asked to verify part-way through, the message you've already typed is kept and sent as soon as you're done.

Automatic checks on new accounts
New accounts are now checked automatically against patterns from past scam accounts. Anything that matches is held for our team to review before it can contact anyone.

Extra checks on listing categories
Every puppy listing has to meet the microchip rules. Our team is now alerted to any listing that looks like a puppy sale placed in another category, so it gets a closer look.

Quicker dropdown searches
Search boxes inside dropdowns, like the breed picker, find what you type straight away and work fully with your keyboard.

Know when a member has been removed
If someone you've been chatting with is suspended by our team, the conversation now says so and the reply box closes, so you know not to continue the conversation.

Report a member, straight from a chat or profile
If something feels off, tap Report in any conversation or on a member's profile. Reports go straight to our safety team, and messages that match known scam patterns are flagged for review automatically.

Write your own first message
When you contact a seller, you now write the opening message yourself instead of sending a pre-filled one, so you can ask exactly what you want to know.

Future litter listings are now free
Planning a litter? You can now list it ahead of time at no cost, so buyers can find you before the puppies arrive.

More helpful listing form
If something is missing, the form now takes you straight to it, such as a blank microchip box, and explains what each question is for.

See exactly why a listing needs changes
If our team sends a listing back for changes, your dashboard now shows our note in full, so you know what to fix before you resubmit. You'll also see a reminder when a listing is about to expire.

Your dashboard now puts your listings up front, each with a one-tap Edit button, with your latest messages alongside.

Your payment history now shows as tidy cards on your phone, with clearer wording and no sideways scrolling.

Listing pages load faster, show the seller's details and verification more clearly, and keep the Message button within reach on your phone. Key facts, health checks and microchip numbers are laid out so they are easy to scan.

Phones set to dark mode now show every page as it should look, with nothing hard to read.

No more fake "support" accounts
Accounts can no longer use names that pretend to be Pups4Sale staff, such as "Pups4Sale Support" or "Admin". A reminder: we will never ask you for a payment in a chat.

Messages have a fresh, easier-to-read design, listing links open in a new tab so you never lose your place, and on your phone you can jump straight back to all your conversations.

Your listings now show as cards instead of a wide table, so everything fits on screen without scrolling sideways.

Choose whether to show your phone and email
You can now hide your phone number or email address from your public profile, and new members start with them hidden. When hidden, they're kept off the page entirely and buyers message you on the site instead.

Listing expiry reminders now include a Renew button, and we'll let you know when a listing has expired so it doesn't quietly drop off the site.

The pricing page now sets out every listing fee and plan on one page, with answers to common questions.

Message a seller without an account
Send an enquiry straight from a listing. Create your account in a few seconds and the conversation carries on in your inbox, with new replies popping up on screen as they arrive.

Seller profiles now show a photo gallery, your verification details and a Message button, so buyers can get to know you before they get in touch.

A mistyped microchip number is flagged as soon as you leave the box, and the Next button tells you exactly what still needs filling in.

The location field on the listing form now suggests suburbs as you type, so your listing shows the right area.

Puppy and litter listings now use a guided, step-by-step form that ends with a summary to check before you submit. Photo uploads give clearer messages too, including for iPhone photos.

The bell at the top of the page now shows how many unread messages you have, and we'll email you when someone sends you a new one.

Litter listings now need a microchip number for each puppy in the litter before they can go live, in line with state rules.
